Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my work! This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through tmdowningauthor.com

1. Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

All sales of digital products are final.

Because ebooks and audiobooks cannot be “returned,” I do not offer refunds for:

• Ebook purchases

• Audiobook purchases

• Bonus digital downloads

• Digital bundles

If you experience a download issue, technical problem, or did not receive your file, please contact me at tmdowningauthor@gmail.com  and I will make sure you receive your purchase through BookFunnel.

2. Physical Books (Paperbacks / Hardcovers / Signed Copies)

Refunds for physical books are available only by going directly through Lulu. I do not handle returns or replacements. 

3. Order Cancellations

Digital product orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Physical orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been packed or processed, it cannot be canceled. All cancellations must go through Lulu. 

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed for a valid purchase that was delivered, I reserve the right to:

• Provide proof of delivery to the payment processor

• Restrict future purchases from my store
